FAQ

To access the books for your instrument*, first go to the navigation bar at the top of the page and :

• select the instrument family to which it belongs (VOICE, KEYBOARD, STRING, WOODWIND or BRASS),
  then
• choose its icon from those that appear

You will then discover all your works, arranged by category, which you can :

• scroll horizontally (using the arrows to the right and left of each carousel),
• or view them as a whole (by clicking on "All results", to the right of the names of each category),
• or perform a cross-search (by clicking on the magnifying glass in the centre, after the large carousel at the top and before the first row of products).

To go further and interact with the site, you will need to create an account (by clicking on the corresponding icon in the top right-hand corner), which will allow you to :

• share links to selected books
• add them to your favourites
• or add them to your basket

By going to your basket, you will be guided, step by step, through the purchasing process.

All orders are placed exclusively via our website.

Payment is made when the order is placed, by credit card via the Stripe secure payment system.

Simply and instantly download your dematerialised files from anywhere in the world, 24/7.

As soon as payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a download link.

By clicking on this link you will find the details of your order and have 48 hours (2 days) to download all your products using the DOWNLOAD buttons.

If you wish to issue an invoice, go to your account, heading PURCHASE HISTORY, and simply click on INVOICE.

To edit your invoices, simply log in to your account (by clicking on the corresponding icon in the top right-hand corner).

Scroll down and you'll find the PURCHASE HISTORY tab, which lists all the orders you've placed on our site.

Clicking on one of them will give you a detailed view.

All you have to do then is click on the corresponding INVOICE button to download this invoice in PDF.
